Read all reviews →We very much enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, it had everything we needed and more. With even more provided than what is shown in the listing. High chair, baby walker, 2 strollers, toys for kids, beach equipment (blankets, chairs, sand toys, etc). It was the perfect place for a family stay with children. The house looked exactly like the photos and was very clean and well kept. The pool area was very clean and well kept as well with plenty of pool floats and toys provided for the whole family. There was plenty there to keep everybody busy. Asha was extremely helpful and communicative during the entire stay. I will say, as far as location it is a bit of a drive to Tampa and any beaches but definitely still manageable especially for the price. I highly recommend this house and Asha as a host!
We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was in perfect condition, very clean and the best part was that there was only one TV so it made all of us stay together instead of splitting up into different rooms. This house has it ALL, seriously. Goggles, sand toys, pool noodles, floaties, lots of blankets, towels (shower & pool), bug spray, after sun aloe gel, cooking spices, coffee, ALL possible kitchenware you can think of, baby chair, baby walker, and the list goes on. The garage also has a fun table that turns into a pool table/foosball/air hockey. A working basketball arcade game and a Pac-Man game. Inside the house there’s lots of board games and some smaller toys for the little ones. In the backyard there’s a good sized pool, fenced in backyard, mini golfing and a lime tree! I definitely recommend this place. We stayed for 7 days with 3 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Everyone enjoyed their stay and of course the pool was a favorite (also has a light for night time swimming!)
Beautiful home close to the springs. Had all of the amenities needed and the host was very communicative. Will definitely stay again!
Great location and very accommodating for everyone. Enough space to spread out comfortably.

-No Lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk. -No Smoking -Small Pets allowed, Must get approval first Pet fees apply. -No Events, parties, or large gatherings -Must be 25 years or older to book -Additional taxes and fees many apply -Photo ID of each guest may be required upon booking. NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a doorbell security camera, As well as a camera inside the garage. All dishes must be put in dishwasher and run. The home should be in decent condition as was found otherwise additional cleaning fee of $150 minimum will apply. No Check ins after 10pm. Treat our home as your own, Guests are required to return the home in the same condition that it was received. Visitors outside of the reservation must be approved via chat. Additional guests at the time of booking reservations will be charged $25 per person per day. Additional guests after confirmed reservations will be charged $50 per night per person.
