What we care about
Stocked past the point of reason.Beach chairs, sand toys, pool floats, high chair, crib, strollers, spices and coffee. If you'd have to buy it on day one, we've tried to put it in the house already.
Honest about the location.We're in a quiet neighbourhood twelve minutes from the springs, not on top of the tourist strip. Beaches and Tampa are a drive. Guests tell you the same thing in their reviews, and we'd rather you know before you book.

We enjoyed our stay so much! Everything was in perfect condition, very clean and the best part was that there was only one TV so it made all of us stay together instead of splitting up into different rooms. This house has it ALL, seriously. Goggles, sand toys, pool noodles, floaties, lots of blankets, towels (shower & pool), bug spray, after sun aloe gel, cooking spices, coffee, ALL possible kitchenware you can think of, baby chair, baby walker, and the list goes on. The garage also has a fun table that turns into a pool table/foosball/air hockey. A working basketball arcade game and a Pac-Man game. Inside the house there’s lots of board games and some smaller toys for the little ones. In the backyard there’s a good sized pool, fenced in backyard, mini golfing and a lime tree! I definitely recommend this place. We stayed for 7 days with 3 adults, 2 kids and a dog. Everyone enjoyed their stay and of course the pool was a favorite (also has a light for night time swimming!)
Asha's place was wonderful. There was plenty of room to spread out, and the pool was very inviting! We appreciated the supplied coffee and tea for our mornings.
What an amazing experience! Our kids 4 & 8 loved the pool day and night! Asha was the sweetest. Very responsive and accommodating. The home was exactly as described. Very clean, wonderful layout. Our dog loved the screened in pool area and fenced yard. We will be back again soon! Book this for an easy and stress free trip!
